These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website worvexant.com (the 'Site'), operated by Worvexant S.A., Tax ID 30-71845629-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 12, Office B — C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Site you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose
Worvexant is a real estate collective financing (crowdlending) platform registered with the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) under General Resolution No. 717/2018, license PFC No. 482. It connects real estate developers with individual investors in Argentina.
3. Users
To invest, the user must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid CUIT/CUIL and complete the Onboarding (KYC) process required by the Unidad de Información Financiera (UIF) and the CNV.
4. Risks
Real estate investments involve financial, regulatory, construction and market risks. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. The user acknowledges having read the contractual documentation of each project before investing.
5. Fees
Worvexant charges a success fee on the returns effectively generated, detailed in each project page. We do not charge fees for newsletter subscription or user registration.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, trademarks, code) is the property of Worvexant S.A. or its licensors. Reproduction is prohibited without written authorisation.
7. Limitation of liability
Worvexant does not guarantee permanent availability of the Site or the outcome of investments. To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, we will not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the Site with the latest revision date.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
