At Worvexant S.A. ('Worvexant', 'we' or 'the Company'), with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 12, Office B — C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, we process your personal data in accordance with Argentine National Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and the applicable rules of the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
1. Data controller
Worvexant S.A., Tax ID 30-71845629-3, registered with the Inspección General de Justicia under No. 1,985,432, is the data controller for personal data collected through worvexant.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you provide directly when subscribing to our newsletter (name, email), when participating in our investment rounds (identification data, CUIT/CUIL, CBU, proof of address) and technical data generated by your browsing (IP address, device identifiers, cookies).
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to: (i) send you investment opportunities and updates about the Argentine real estate market; (ii) comply with applicable legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering rules (UIF Resolution 30/2017 and amendments); (iii) provide the crowdlending platform service; (iv) improve and personalise the website.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your free, express and informed consent, on the performance of the contractual relationship and on compliance with the legal obligations applicable to collective financing platforms in Argentina.
5. Data sharing
We may share your data with: (i) developers of the projects you invest in; (ii) financial institutions and payment service providers; (iii) regulatory authorities (CNV, AFIP, UIF) when legally required; (iv) technology providers subject to confidentiality agreements.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers may be located outside Argentina. In all cases we require contractual clauses that ensure an adequate level of protection under AAIP Disposition 60-E/2016.
7. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and, in any case, for the periods required by Argentine law (10 years for financial transaction records).
8. Data subject rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion at any time by writing to privacy@worvexant.com. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority and complaints can be filed at argentina.gob.ar/aaip.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, two-factor authentication, continuous monitoring and yearly security audits by independent third parties.
